It is better to give than to receive is not a new statement. The ancient ones mention through out many theosophical practices that it is better to give of your energy to another than to receive. But what exactly does that mean and how do we approach it? How do we take care of ourselves, provide balance within our energy system in order to give and still be well, aligned, and whole? How do we make it a healthy transaction? How do we replenish our own well so that we are not drained, de- pleated or taken advantage of?
Quite often I meditate on the Yin and Yang symbol, as its simplicity is beautiful and to a psychic says so much. The yin and yang is so strong in its statement of balancing the inner world of female and male energies. After several years of study I really believe that giving and receiving in wholeness and joy starts with the re-balancing of ones own inner yin and yang energies. You can not give of the living waters if the well is dry and many people of western society have little instruct, healing modules or permission to embrace and heal their yin or inner being. Westerners have a lot of permission to embrace their yang energy, which is all about movement, activity, action, reaction, and construct. Yang energy is great, but were is the happy marriage, the state of balance? One of Rainbow Institutes favorite areas to assist clients with (both women and men) is bring the inner world back to that symmetry, and we can do this in psychic telephone readings by tuning in to our clients auric energy patterns and soul. This is more advanced work than the typical “Where did I put my skate key, or do I have ghosts in the attic” type reading but it is also very enlivening, rewarding, and helps one to bring their spirit deeper into their body which is a gift to the world.

We humans are such complex and amazing beings! I am always so thrilled to say hello to the non-physical parts that make us who and what we are. For example:
We have a spirit, we have a soul and we have a place inside of us that is truely unique and expressive within our own core and essence. This is amazing. We also have a place inside that has been conditioned to believe in limitation, lack, and this quite often covers our core and creates pain. This is not so amazing. Sometimes we get stuck and pay into the purchase of lack rather than the purchase of our own inner divinity and self expresssion. It makes sence because lack tends to be more tangible, there is more proof that can be found on the earth plane to justify it is real than there is of our own divine nature. Divine nature is not as tangible, nor as easily understood. What would you be like if you knew and could excute your day to day from the truth in your core rather than the condition laying on top of it? Would life change if you knew that you were an extremely capable person with amazing untapped resources? What would your journey be like if you could tap into and own these resources? Would there be more grace in your life? More wonder? Amusement? Joy?Love?Wellness? What does it take to run your energy from a state of abundance rather than a state of lack? Would you know you were more alive? Most of these capablities are action packed ingredients within your core and are part of your being! What does it take to make a shift? When we are able to make a shift, and hold that shift what we project upon the world becomes different, really different ,and our future experiences can reflect this new paradigm. Rather than comming from a place of lack, or limit, try shifting to a place where you give yourself permission to experience people, places, and things in greater ways. Experiencing rather than needing or wanting is a major freedom as the vibrations tend to be lighter, amazing, and more aligned with our truth. We were never meant to believe in limitation or a limited condition, it just became a byproduct of unconsious growth. Try making a shift and see if your day to day can reflect the new projection you put forth. What is spiritual freedom? What does it mean to you? What does it look like in your space? Is it something that is pushed off into the future? Is it something that you had in the past? Is it something that you can have in present time? Do you have a large "I have to achieve first" type list before you allow yourself the permission to create Spiritual freedom in this lifetime?
Spiritual freedom means "My spirit is free". Each and everyone of us has a beautiful spirit, and this spirit is a divine child filled with an action packed list of birthrights. The right to laugh, to have joy, to have abundance, to prosper, to have wellness, these are just elements of the small list.
If we keep spiritual freedom as something we have to earn as a future event then our present moment is deprived of our own divine spark and light. The most important aspect of freedom is the intention and decision that it already exists and with each new day we can learn and grow to know how to have more of this yummy truth in the here and now. Decide to have it, it is already yours as sure as you have a spirit, a soul, and a body!

Hello from Rainbow Institute!
As part of our coaching through spiritual growth program we find alot of our clients are seeking the understanding and want to gain a level of clarity in the process of creating and manifesting change. Weather you want self improvement, a new job, a healthier lifestyle, or more monitary freedom, the process on a spiritual level is always the same. When we take a look at what happens when we ask for something the layers of growth and development become much more clear and we are less likely to get stuck in our ability to move forward. There are typically 7 levels to creating change and on each level there are layers upon layers of energy to work with, release and transform. Part of our coaching work is to use our clairvoyance to help in these transitory stages in order to bring forth clarity of movement towards the attainment of energetic freedom and growth. The 7 levels of the creation journey are as follows
Level1: Desire: first we must ask and want
Level2: Emotion: second our body must become aligned with that which we are asking for. In this stage we either hit limits or enthusiasm and must work our limits until we can be in the higher creative state.
Level3: Testing: this is where we get tested by the world, status quo, competition, world conditions, karma, lack etc.
In our experience at Rainbow Institute level 2 and 3 are where most get stuck and is where we tend to find us focusing our assistance to help the client see and release the energy patterns or dynamics that they become entwined in. These two stages alone are of the greatest obstacle but when overcome can produce the greatest joy.
Level4: Inner work: This is where it is imperative to focus inward, look and learn the deeper messages, the inner teachings, the most important part of this stage is the stillness or quite time and where meditation becomes a great tool.
Level5: Ask how stage of giving your energy: This is where one works with the God of their heart to recieve messages about what is needed to be acted upon
Level6: Intention/movement: This is where you give of your energy, act upon what is received from level 5 and put plans into motion to build up the kinetic attraction to your desire.
Level7: Faith, Clarity and Determination: this is where you hold the vision of your ability to receive the desire and know that you are doing what is possible while attending to the previous stages.
Once one gains awareness of the process then they are capable of enhancing it, making it more of a joyful path to be on rather than succumb to the harsh hard and horrible version of life experience.
